As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation, from ingredient procurement to menu planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role
• Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• Certification in Food Safety and Quality Management (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000)
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proven track record of culinary innovation and menu development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
