Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and values,Build and lead a high-performing HR team to support business objectives,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent,Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce,Partner with leadership to design and deliver employee development programs,Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions,Oversee compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations,Leverage data and analytics to inform HR decision-making and drive continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of success,Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Proficient in using HR information systems and data analytics tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels,Proven ability to drive organizational change and improvement
