📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.,Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.,Relevant nursing certification and license.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Fluency in English, both spoken and written.,Experience in the specific nursing discipline is a plus.
