📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes,Ensure food is prepared according to health and safety standards,Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene,Manage inventory and ensure that food is ordered and stored properly,Work with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation,Assist in training and developing junior staff,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry,Ability to work well in a team and take direction from the Head Chef,Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as required
