📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the management and maintenance of properties within the Special Projects Team portfolio.,Develop and implement strategic property management plans to ensure optimal performance and value.,Coordinate with stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and other departments, to resolve issues and achieve project goals.,Monitor and report on property performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance property management strategies.,Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Represent the Special Projects Team at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with property management software and tools.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
