Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain the visual identity of Stripe, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute brand strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead the design of high-profile projects, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, applying innovative solutions to design challenges.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all advertising and promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and assets to ensure brand consistency across the organization.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on designs as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand design, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including brand identities, marketing materials, and digital assets.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Understanding of design principles and best practices, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
