📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security.,Provide exceptional customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Assist in organizing and executing store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
