📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct interviews and reference checks to assess candidate suitability.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide recruitment metrics and reports to management.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
