As a Recruitment Specialist at Web Bold Unggul, you will play a crucial role in our hiring process. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting initial interviews, and working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conducting initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate records of all candidates.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and guiding them through the hiring process.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet business goals.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
