📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
