📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular audits.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity.,Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving warehouse operations and efficiency.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and tools.
