📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing recruitment and onboarding processes

Administering employee benefits and compensation

Conducting performance evaluations and appraisals

Handling employee relations and conflict resolution

Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Leading HR training and development programs

Analyzing HR metrics and providing insights for strategic decision-making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using HR management software

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus

Fluency in English is a plus
