📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.,Manage payroll and benefits for all employees.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring compliance with budget and company policies.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
