As a Facility Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You'll work with a variety of tools and equipment, including but not limited to, hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, repairs, and inspections of facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities and equipment.
- Work with a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and specialized maintenance equipment.
- Maintain and update facility maintenance records and reports.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities.
- Participate in facility improvement projects and initiatives.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
- Proven ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot facility issues.
- Knowledge of facility maintenance tools, equipment, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
