SHIFT Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Deputy IT Support to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing excellent technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide Level 1 technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.,Support the IT team in implementing and maintaining IT policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and tools.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g.PythonBash).Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWSAzure).Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g.VMwareHyper-V).Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.Certifications such as CompTIA A+CompTIA Network+or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
