📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process patient payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.,Handle cash and non-cash transactions securely and promptly.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Manage the clinic's inventory of medical supplies and cash.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic's physical space.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a medical or retail setting.,Strong knowledge of financial procedures and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.,Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
