📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote Pacific Technology's products and services through various channels, including social media, events, and customer interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and feedback.
  • Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase the company's products and services.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and customer service.
  • Represent Pacific Technology at external events and functions, both locally and nationally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for building relationships.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
