📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Promote the company's brand and values, both internally and externally.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.,Familiarity with retail or hospitality software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
