PT Visi Media is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our procurement processes, ensuring smooth operations and cost efficiency.

As an Assistant Purchasing Staff, you will work closely with the Purchasing Manager to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors.

Support the Purchasing Manager in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors.

Monitor inventory levels and order points to ensure timely replenishment.

Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities.

Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for purchasing activities.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
