PT Home Moon Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. As an Assistant Fleet Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our fleet, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and monitoring the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and prepare monthly reports.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Assist in the preparation of vehicle schedules and routes.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of insurance documents and other administrative tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
