Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Global Student Mobility Program. This role is crucial in shaping the future of international education and fostering cultural exchange.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of our student mobility initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including international partners, faculty, and students, to ensure the success of our programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Global Student Mobility Program.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with international institutions.
  • Manage and coordinate student exchanges and international collaborations.
  • Ensure compliance with UTP policies and procedures.
  • Represent UTP at national and international education conferences and events.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Global Student Mobility Team.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff and students.
  • Monitor and report on program performance and outcomes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international education or student mobility programs.
  • Proven track record of successful program management and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of international education policies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and language is a plus.
