Develop and maintain the visual identity of Stripe, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute brand strategies that align with business goals.Lead the design of high-profile projects, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, applying innovative solutions to design challenges.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all advertising and promotional materials.Develop and maintain design guidelines and assets to ensure brand consistency across the organization.Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating on designs as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.8+ years of experience in brand design, with a proven track record of successful projects.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including brand identities, marketing materials, and digital assets.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.Understanding of design principles and best practices, with a keen eye for detail.Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.🛠️ Keahlian
