📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and guidance to management on financial matters.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide training and mentorship as needed.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
