Zeal Cleaning Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Financial Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow client accounts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.,Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact for their needs and concerns.,Monitor and analyze financial performance of assigned accounts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide training and support to account team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, financial strategy, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.,Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the cleaning services industry is a plus.
