📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on coconut processing equipment, including conveyors, crushers, and drying systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair work on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of maintenance protocols and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance personnel to ensure the transfer of knowledge and skills.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to manage equipment spare parts and ensure timely delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the food or agricultural processing industry.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Knowledge of coconut processing equipment and systems, including conveyors, crushers, and drying systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to different sites within Lampung Selatan for maintenance work.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and transportation.
