📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of success in managing accounting functions.
