As a Production Control Staff at RGF HR Agent Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between the Japanese headquarters and the local manufacturing team. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor production processes, manage inventory, and ensure that all operations run efficiently and meet the high-quality standards expected by our Japanese partners.

In this role, you will be working closely with a team of skilled professionals, using tools such as SAP, Excel, and other manufacturing software. You will need to have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure they meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to identify and address any issues.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Japanese headquarters to ensure alignment with production goals and standards.
• Communicate effectively with both local and international team members to facilitate smooth operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to implement improvements in the manufacturing process.
• Assist in training and mentoring local team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in English and Japanese, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software such as SAP, Excel, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Valid JLPT N2 or higher certification in Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or a related discipline.
