• Coordinate project timelines and ensure that all technical and business requirements are met.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of our IT infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that our solutions are cutting-edge and competitive.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.
• Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, including experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware, and Cisco solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze client performance metrics.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana is a plus.
