Head of ESG

Join PT Dsse Energi Mas Utama as the Head of ESG and lead our commitment to sustainability, ethical governance, and social responsibility. In this pivotal role, you will drive our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring alignment with global best practices and stakeholder expectations. Based in Jakarta Raya, you'll work closely with senior leadership to integrate ESG principles into all aspects of our operations, from energy production to community engagement.

As Head of ESG, you'll spearhead initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint, enhance stakeholder engagement, and strengthen our governance framework. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive ESG strategies aligned with international standards and PT Dsse Energi Mas Utama's vision.
• Lead the integration of ESG principles into all business operations, including energy production, supply chain management, and community engagement.
• Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics, providing regular updates to the board and senior management.
• Foster a culture of sustainability and ethical governance across the organization.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and non-governmental organizations, to enhance our ESG reputation.
• Stay abreast of evolving ESG trends and regulatory requirements, advising the organization on proactive measures.
• Train and mentor staff on ESG best practices and the organization's commitment to sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant ESG regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate governance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful ESG strategies in a large organization.
• Strong understanding of international ESG standards and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Knowledge of energy sector ESG issues and best practices.
• Certification in ESG or sustainability management is a plus.
