📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts by providing exceptional customer service.,Support the Account Executive in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Prepare reports and presentations to update the team on client interactions and sales performance.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and interactions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
